  • Domestic Shipping: We offer standard options within India. Delivery times are as follows:

    • Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping subject to cost borne by the consumer.

 Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • Tracking Updates: You can also track your order status directly on our website under the "Track Order" section.

 

 Delivery Issues

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Refunds and Cancellation

Teewraps Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Teewraps. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refunds and cancellation policy below.

 

1. Cancellations


Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service at support@teewraps.com.
Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, you may return the product in accordance with our return policy.

 

2. Returns


Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective articles. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return for a defective product, contact us at support@teewraps.com with your order details and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions for the return process.
Shipping Costs: If the product is found to be defective, Teewraps will cover the return shipping costs.

 

3. Refunds


Processing: Refunds for defective articles will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions: Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
 

4. Exchanges
